At this time you will only be applying for a floor plan (apartment style) rather than a specific apartment address.
Prices quoted are per apartment, and rent ranges reflect differences based upon location, laundry facilities and level of kitchen renovation.
Actual apartment assignments are made towards the end of the current school year.  Our leasing team will explain this further during the approval process.

Lease terms for the 2016/2017 school year begin on August 1st and end on July 25th of the following year. Move-in will happen around August 15th.
Monthly rent is paid in 12 installments during the lease term, beginning on July 15th and then on the 1st of the month from Sept 2016 through July 2017.

All University Village leases are installment type leases. Pro-rated move-ins and/or move-outs do not apply to this lease type.
